We believe all our products to be of the highest quality. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Dealing with products that falls in the category of “food for consumption” requires strict rules of engagement.
However if you have received the wrong item, please do not open the inner packet seals but simply return it for an exchange.
Claim period for RETURNS is 30 days
All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please call us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be on the outside of your return shipment. Please call 831-752-3200 to obtain your RMA number.
We do our best to process all returns within a two-week time frame from the claim being received.
Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that returns have not been tampered with so we do not accept returns once opened. Bulk Naturals Wholesale will replace the defective or damaged merchandise. If you received the incorrect product, we will gladly authorize the return and cover the shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all ingredients and products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. In the event of a damaged shipment, please take photos of the product(s) damaged as well as the inside and outside of the box and packing materials. Failure to do so can cause delays or claim denial. Once approved we will contact you with a resolution to the issue.
Restocking
Bulk Naturals Wholesale reserves the right to impose a restocking fee. This fee will be applied under the following circumstances:
Return Due to Unpaid Customs Fees:
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery, a restocking fee of 50% will be charged. This fee covers administrative and restocking expenses incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping and duties and fees incurred during customs clearance, as a result of the return.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or fees related to their orders. Refunds in such cases will be issued minus the restocking fee and the original shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
Wrong Address:
Please ensure accurate and complete shipping information to avoid return shipments and potential restocking fees. Orders returned to our facility due to an incorrect address submitted by the customer will require the costs to re-ship the order to be paid by the customer. We will notify you by email that your package has been returned to us, and give you the option of re-shipment or refund, minus our 25% re-stock fee and original shipping cost. Returned orders outstanding longer than 30 days at our facility will be considered abandoned and returned to stock. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refused Orders:
Refused orders, for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of 25% when the refund is issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
Rejected by Customs:
These orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In all situations, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
Refunds
Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis, according to the return and restocking policies above. Exchanges will be made when possible.
