Shipping Policy

Shipping times may vary depending on the items ordered.  Once tendered to the carrier, we have no control over the speed or accuracy of your order.  Please only contact us about an order that is lost or hasn’t moved for at least seven (7) days.  Only after seven (7) days, can we file a claim for a replacement order, if you have paid for Route Protection.   We will do everything we can to help make your order right if you happen to have issues.

Processing times and shipping times are not the same.  Current processing times are 1-4 business days.  Shipping time is in addition to processing times.   We process orders Monday-Friday 7am-3pm CST.  Express orders placed on any business day after 12pm CST are not guaranteed to go out the same day.  Additionally, any estimated arrival time is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.  If you have ANY issues with your order please contact us first, during normal business hours, before leaving a review, contacting your bank, credit card company, BBB, Reddit, etc.  We want to work with you to correct any issue first.

Our orders are not shipped in a cold containers.

Most of our items are packaged from bulk at the time of order processing to provide the freshest possible products with the longest shelf life. Regardless of whether you order sample or bulk sizes you will receive the same product. Some items like bulk product bases are manufactured weekly and depending on demand there might be a slight delay while we manufacture a new batch.  If you have questions regarding when your order will ship please contact us only after 4 business days have passed, at info@bulknaturalswholesale.com 

Please use the notes section only for directions to our staff.  Specific delivery instructions must go on the second line of the address.

Order changes and cancellations will be accommodated, if time allows, but are not guaranteed.  Please ensure all aspects of your order, including address, are correct before submitting.  If the fee for the service you paid for, for shipping does not cover actual costs, BNW reserves the right to use a less expensive service or alternate carrier.

International customers are required to pay any and all customs, duties and brokerage fees imposed by the carrier or country being delivered to.  Rejected orders will be subject to our return policy.  Bulk Naturals Wholesale does not pay any customs or duty fees.    Bulk Naturals Wholesale only collects fees for the actual shipping costs from the carrier.  All international orders are shipped DAP.  De Minimis Exemption has been eliminated as of August 29, 2025 meaning; All international orders will be required to pay some sort of customs, duties, fee, or brokerage fees to clear customs.

Any issue not expressly covered in this policy will be resolved at the sole descresion of Bulk Naturals Wholesale.

Standard Insurance:

All packages are automatically insured for theft, loss, non-delivery, or damage through Shipsurance up to $200.  This includes packages that are marked delivered but have not been received. Packages that are not delivered or marked delivered and not received take 20 calendar days from the date shipped before the claim process starts. An affidavit will be sent to your email on the 20th day that needs to be completed. Once completed there will be a review period of 1-5 business days before the claim is paid. Once the claim is paid, we will reship your order or refund the order at your discretion.   For our international customers, the wait time is 40 days, to allow sufficient amount of time for delivery.  These policies are put in place by Shipsurance, not Bulk Naturals Wholesale.

Route Package Protection:

All packages with Route Package Protection will be insured for the entire order value.  Route offers you the added benefit of filing a claim after just 7 days from your most recent tracking upate, nearly 3x faster than our standard insurance.  This gives you, the customer, much more control over filing the claim yourself, directly through Route.  Refusing Route coverage removes BNW from all liability for any portion of your order not covered by the standard insurance.

Please note, when insurance coverage is denied by the customer or is insufficient, filing a claim may have to be done by the customer, directly through the carrier.  Selecting full coverage at checkout will give you peace-of-mind that your order is covered, no matter what.
